Create a category for project budget changes, cost increases, funding changes, budget approvals, spend concerns, commercial changes, and emails where project costs may change. Include emails asking for approval, explaining extra cost, or warning that budget may be exceeded. Do not include normal finance emails unless they relate to a project budget.
