Create a category for budget review emails, budget planning, spend tracking, forecast updates, cost centre reviews, budget variance discussions, and emails asking for budget input or review. Include emails about department budgets, project budgets, monthly finance reviews, and planned spend. Do not include individual invoice emails unless they are being discussed as part of a budget review.
