Create a category for bug reports, defects, broken features, unexpected behaviour, error messages, failed processes, and emails where someone reports that a product or system is not working as expected. Include technical details, screenshots, steps to reproduce, and customer reported issues. Do not include general support questions unless a defect is being reported.
