Cancellations

Create a category for cancellation requests, service cancellation emails, subscription cancellation, contract termination, closing accounts, and emails where a customer says they want to stop using a service. Include requests to cancel immediately, cancel at renewal, or discuss cancellation terms. Do not include general renewal questions unless the customer is clearly considering cancellation.
