Supplier Statements

Create a category for supplier statements, monthly account statements, balance summaries, account reconciliations, missing invoice lists, credit notes, and emails where a supplier is sharing a summary of what they believe is owed. Include emails that mention outstanding balances, statement queries, or matching payments against invoices. Do not include individual invoices unless the main purpose of the email is a statement or account summary.
