Create a category for customer complaints, unhappy customer emails, service issues, missed expectations, poor feedback, refund requests, or messages where the customer is clearly frustrated. Include emails that mention dissatisfaction, repeated problems, mistakes, delays, or poor service. Do not include normal support questions unless the tone or wording shows the customer is unhappy.
