Create a category for customer feedback, survey responses, suggestions, compliments, comments about service quality, and emails where customers share what they liked, disliked, or would change. Include both positive and negative feedback, as long as the message is mainly about feedback rather than asking for support. Do not include complaints that need urgent handling, as those should go into complaints or escalations.
