Create a category for customer pricing queries, pricing clarification, licence cost questions, discount requests, price changes, package comparisons, and emails where a customer is asking how pricing works. Include new and existing customer questions about cost, billing, package size, or commercial options. Do not include invoice disputes unless the issue is about an invoice already issued.
