Create a category for data protection emails, privacy queries, personal data requests, data processing agreements, DPIAs, DSARs, GDPR questions, and emails about handling personal or sensitive data. Include customer, supplier, legal, compliance, and IT privacy discussions. Do not include general security emails unless they relate to personal data or privacy.
