Create a category for delivery issues, missing deliveries, late deliveries, damaged goods, failed shipments, tracking problems, and customer emails about orders not arriving as expected. Include emails from customers, couriers, suppliers, or internal teams about delivery failures. Do not include normal dispatch notifications unless there is a problem.
