Employee Concerns

Create a category for employee concerns, workplace issues, conduct concerns, grievances, wellbeing concerns, sensitive people matters, and emails where someone raises a problem involving an employee or team. Include messages that may need HR or management attention. Do not include normal HR admin unless there is a clear concern or risk.
