Create a category for maintenance notices, planned maintenance, equipment servicing, facilities work, IT maintenance, building works, and emails warning that work will take place at a certain time. Include notices that may affect access, availability, equipment, systems, or working areas. Do not include unplanned outages unless the message is about a planned maintenance activity.
