Create a category for MFA issues, authentication problems, authenticator app setup, verification code problems, device change issues, conditional access blocks, and emails where someone cannot sign in because of multi factor authentication. Include setup requests and support problems. Do not include general password reset requests unless MFA is part of the issue.
