Create a category for milestone updates, completed milestones, upcoming milestones, key project dates, go live dates, delivery points, and emails that report progress against important project stages. Include emails saying a milestone has been reached, moved, missed, or is approaching. Do not include routine status emails unless a milestone is the main focus.
