Create a category for proposal follow ups, sent quotes, pending decisions, customer responses to proposals, questions about proposals, and emails chasing or discussing next steps after a proposal has been shared. Include emails where someone is reviewing, questioning, accepting, rejecting, or asking to change a proposal. Do not include brand new enquiries unless a proposal already exists.
