Create a category for quote requests, pricing requests, cost estimates, service estimates, licence pricing, renewal quotes, and emails where someone is asking how much something will cost. Include emails from new prospects and existing customers. Do not include general sales enquiries unless the main request is for pricing or a formal quote.
