Create a category for refund requests, credit requests, cancellation refunds, overpayment queries, billing corrections, and emails where someone is asking for money back or a financial adjustment. Include customer requests for partial refunds, goodwill credits, or refund status updates. Do not include general complaints unless a refund or credit is being requested.
