Create a category for resource planning emails, staffing plans, capacity planning, workload planning, shift coverage, project resourcing, contractor needs, and emails about making sure the right people or materials are available. Include requests for resource, updates on capacity, and discussions about workload. Do not include general HR emails unless they are about resource planning.
