Create a category for risk alerts, business risks, operational risks, project risks, supplier risks, compliance risks, and emails warning that something could cause a problem. Include emails that flag possible impact, exposure, delay, cost, safety, security, or customer risk. Do not include routine updates unless a clear risk is raised.
