Risks and Blockers

Create a category for project emails that mention risks, blockers, delays, dependencies, issues, missed milestones, resource problems, budget concerns, scope concerns, or anything that could stop the project moving forward. Include emails where someone is raising a concern, flagging a problem, asking for help to unblock work, or warning that a date or outcome may be at risk. Do not include routine project updates unless they clearly describe a risk or blocker.
