Scope Changes

Create a category for project scope changes, new requirements, removed requirements, change requests, expanded work, reduced work, and emails where the agreed project scope may be changing. Include discussions about impact, cost, timing, approval, and delivery. Do not include normal project questions unless they affect scope.
