Create a category for customer service updates, progress updates, case updates, issue status messages, and emails telling a customer what has happened or what will happen next. Include messages where the purpose is to keep someone informed about a support case, delivery issue, or customer request. Do not include new complaints or new support requests unless the email is mainly an update.
