Create a category for emails where a signature is needed, including contracts, order forms, NDAs, approvals, legal documents, finance documents, HR documents, or supplier forms. Include messages that ask someone to sign, countersign, return a signed copy, or complete an e signature process. Do not include documents for review only unless signature is also needed.
