Create a category for urgent approval requests where someone needs a fast sign off, quick confirmation, same day approval, or immediate permission to avoid delay. Include spend approvals, contract approvals, project approvals, access approvals, or customer commitments marked as urgent. Do not include normal approval requests with no clear urgency.
