Create a category for warm sales leads where someone has already shown interest, replied to a previous message, attended a demo, requested more detail, or appears likely to continue a sales conversation. Include emails where there is clear buying intent or an ongoing discussion about a product, service, quote, or proposal. Do not include cold marketing emails or one off messages with no clear interest.
